ActivePrint 7.1 Released for iPhone Users, Record Downloads

On Tuesday of this week Apple completed their approval process of ActivePrint 7.1 and posted it on the iTunes AppStore. Shortly after ActivePrint was released it immediately shot to the top of the Top Free Apps list in the Productivity section of the AppStore. It got as high as #11 and still in the top 40 range!

Among the new features in this version is the ability to try out ActivePrint for free before purchasing. This week, Apple reviewed and published ActivePrint 7 on the iTunes AppStore (http://bit.ly/7oMM8u). This is the first version of ActivePrint for the iPhone that will fully integrate with our existing ActivePrint System that has been available to Windows Mobile users for more than seven years.

With this new version iPhone and iPod Touch users can print to any printer their photos, plain text notes, contact from the address book, text and photos from the device’s clipboard, and web pages.
